These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and mcity888 ("Platform" or "we"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the mcity888 platform, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms contained in this document.

If there is any conflict between the Malay and English versions of this document, the Malay version shall serve as the primary reference for members using this platform in Malaysia.

The RTP (Return to Player) value for each game is based on data from the original game provider. The general RTP of each game may vary, and it is the member's own responsibility to understand the concept of RTP and game volatility before choosing to play.

Sports betting, mix parlay, and odds are determined directly by the sports provider. mcity888 is not responsible for changes in odds after a bet has been confirmed in the system.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mcity888 platform and may result in immediate action including account suspension or closure without notice:

• Using automation software, bots, or any technological tools that provide an unfair advantage in games.
• Collusion between two or more members to cheat the system or manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting money laundering through this platform.
• Providing false personal information or falsified identification documents.
• Use of an account by anyone other than the registered account owner.
• Exploiting technical errors or system bugs for personal gain.

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the mcity888 customer support team via live chat or email. Any valid account balance will be returned after the verification process is complete, subject to the minimum withdrawal limit and no outstanding wagering requirements.

mcity888 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account without prior notice in the following circumstances: breach of terms and conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to submit requested KYC documents, or discovery that the member is under 21 years of age.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment to the terms is considered the member's full acceptance of the amended terms. If a member does not agree with the amendment, they are advised to stop using the platform and close their account.

This document is governed by the applicable laws under the international licensing jurisdiction overseeing mcity888's operations. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms will be resolved through a mutually agreed arbitration mechanism.
